Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, NuLife launched the Deepavali Project 2020 to improve the comfort, hygiene, and well-being of less fortunate families living in rental flats, particularly young families and the elderly.
The initiative aimed to provide 100 identified beneficiary households with festive care packs containing mattresses, pillows, bedsheets, and blankets, enabling families to replace worn-out bedding with clean, quality essentials.
Through the generous support of donors, NuLife sought to promote better home hygiene and create a more comfortable living environment for families in need.
Any surplus funds were designated to support subsequent festive initiatives for Chinese New Year and Hari Raya 2021.
Together, we brought comfort, care, and dignity to families in need.
