Hands-on workshops that build real-world skills and everyday confidence.
Launched in 2025 with the generous support of the QBE Foundation, the Lifeskills Project equips individuals with practical, real-world skills through immersive, hands-on learning.
While initially created to support youth who thrive outside traditional classroom settings, the project seeks to expand its reach to a broader group including disengaged or unmotivated students, school or education drop-outs, people facing financial or employment barriers, and individuals who want to learn a constructive new hobby or practical skill but may not otherwise have affordable access.
Through interactive workshops led by industry professionals, participants build tangible skills, practical knowledge, and everyday confidence.
Lifeskills workshops span a wide range of practical disciplines.
e.g. barista training
e.g. DJing and music production
e.g. public speaking
e.g. make-up skills, hairstyling
