Phase 3 at Circuit Road, Ang Mo Kio and Pipit Road
The 3rd and final phase of the outreach initiative was held in March and April 2025 at Circuit Road, Ang Mo Kio and Pipit Road areas. These areas were identified as having high concentrations of elderly, low-income, and socially vulnerable residents, many of whom struggle with isolation, food insecurity, and limited access to emotional or practical support.
Volunteers went door-to-door across the three areas, distributing care packs containing essential daily necessities alongside information on NuLife’s U Matter mental wellness programme and other support services available to residents. For many elderly residents living alone, these visits were as much about a friendly conversation and a check-in as they were about the items delivered.
